Theory of Change
PSEC's Theory of Change serves as a roadmap for the collective. An important part of this effort is the identification of metrics to track progress towards the long-term goal. To that end, the Collective engaged Equal Measure in early 2020 to facilitate a number of conversations with Collective members to identify system-level goals and priorities for achieving the Collective’s 10-year goal. These processes have led to the development of a Collective-wide Theory of Change that articulates short- and long-term outcomes for the Collective, as well as the creation of metrics to capture progress towards these outcomes.
